Delivery & Returns

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day using An Post Registered Postage, tracking numbers can be given on request.

All Urban Vape products are shipped in a padded envelope or box:

• IRE Delivery on all orders over €50 is FREE
• IRE Delivery (Standard) on all other orders is €4.95

*However please allow up to 5 working days for your package to arrive before contacting our customer services team on 085 7056416

For incorrect orders, faulty goods or damaged goods please email: urbanvapejobs@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. Where goods are found to be faulty or damaged you are entitled to replacement goods. If you change your mind after payment please be aware that as a company we adhere to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. Again, please get in touch within 14 days and we will be happy to offer you a full refund providing goods are sent back to us unopened. 

If you are returning faulty or damaged goods to us then please send them to the address provided by customer support.
